We collect the details you give us to arrange care: your name and mobile number, the patient's details, address, health information you share with Care Pro AI, and the records our nurses and doctors make during a visit.

We use them only to provide and improve care, to meet the law, and to contact you about your bookings. Health records are shared only with the nurse and doctor on your case and with you. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; you may ask to see, correct or erase your data by writing to our grievance officer.
