Common questions
Can the nurse give an injection?
Yes, when a registered doctor has signed the order for it. The nurse sends the case to the doctor from your home and the doctor decides.
Is the nurse qualified?
Every Sarathi nurse is a GNM, ANM or B.Sc nurse, certified at Mediksha Academy, with ID and police checks. You can check the certificate number on our Verify page.
Is there a minimum booking?
No. Book once, or regularly; you can stop any time before the carer sets off.
What if it is an emergency?
Call 108 at once. Care Pro AI checks for danger signs first and tells you to call 108 instead of booking a home visit.
